1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the agent4u platform located at agent4u.asia (the "Platform"), you ("Member", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the agent4u Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms govern the relationship between you and agent4u ("we", "us", "our", "agent4u") with respect to your use of the Platform and all services provided through it, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, slots, sportsbook, account management, and payment services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of agent4u is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from agent4u or any related platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

agent4u reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Access to the Platform may be suspended pending age verification. If it is determined that a Member is under the age of 21, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any net deposits may be refunded at agent4u's sole discretion subject to applicable guidelines.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on agent4u, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will maintain and promptly update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) agent4u account. Multiple accounts per person — whether registered under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same household — are strictly prohibited. agent4u employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately closed.
• Any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided at agent4u's discretion.
• The Member's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

Members must register using their real name as it appears on their government-issued identification document (MyKad or passport for Malaysian residents). The name on your agent4u account must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawal processing until resolved through our verification team.

3.4 KYC Verification

agent4u is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by agent4u for this purpose, including but not limited to a clear copy of your MyKad (front and back), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by agent4u may result in account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your agent4u account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with two-factor authentication. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify agent4u support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

agent4u will never contact you via any channel requesting your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from agent4u that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent. agent4u accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your agent4u account may be made via the payment methods available in the Cashier section, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks), USDT TRC20, and other methods as updated from time to time. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the Cashier. agent4u does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your agent4u account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of bonus-related funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the Cashier.
• agent4u reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.

5.3 Transaction Finality

All confirmed deposits and game bets are final and non-reversible. Withdrawal requests that have been approved and processed cannot be reversed. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, contact agent4u support immediately with full transaction details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

agent4u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated with each offer:

• Bonuses are available to fully registered, verified Members who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your wallet. Real money funds are used first unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
• agent4u reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, adjust promotional terms, or disqualify Members from promotions where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Where a Members holds multiple simultaneous bonuses, the order of wagering contribution will be as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on agent4u — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook markets — are subject to individual game rules and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant game provider. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology (for RNG games) or physical game processes (for live dealer games), and agent4u has no ability to influence outcomes once a game round has commenced.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or void a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, agent4u will resolve the bet based on the recorded state of the game at the time of the failure. Where no deterministic resolution is possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant market, including but not limited to rules on void bets, postponed events, walkovers, and in-play bet acceptance.
• agent4u reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error or technical fault, and to correct settlement errors where games have been resolved on incorrect data.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with agent4u:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Engaging in fraud, cheating, or collusion with other Members or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software tools, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence programs, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games to generate outcomes that would not otherwise occur. Any winnings derived from exploiting bugs are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Creating or using multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the customer relationship.
• Engaging in any conduct that in agent4u's reasonable opinion constitutes abuse of platform staff, whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

agent4u reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

agent4u is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. In furtherance of this commitment, agent4u provides the following tools, all of which are accessible directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Member at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions are applied immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations and receive reality-check notifications at specified intervals during play.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss limits may be applied across specified time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the agent4u Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of agent4u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the agent4u Platform without the express prior written consent of agent4u. Unauthorised use of agent4u's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agent4u and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim and whether agent4u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. agent4u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond agent4u's reasonable control does not give rise to any claim against agent4u.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may close your agent4u account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed, and net real-money balances (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method subject to standard processing times and verification requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by agent4u

agent4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity is suspected.
• The account is subject to a legal hold, dispute, or investigation.
• Continued operation of the account would expose agent4u to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is terminated for cause, agent4u may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Any funds ultimately determined to be legitimate real-money deposits (net of fraudulent activity) will be returned following the resolution of the investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to agent4u's operating jurisdiction and internationally recognised gaming authority standards under which agent4u is licenced. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact agent4u support in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) days for agent4u to resolve the dispute directly. agent4u is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and maintains an internal complaints procedure accessible via our 24/7 live chat support.

14. Amendments to These Terms

agent4u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued access to or use of the agent4u Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.
